A global presence serving international clients

Jyoti has established manufacturing and machine building facility in four different plants, out of which three are located in India and one in France. The combined capacity of these facilities allows the company to manufacture 6,000 machines annually. The plants are equipped with world-class infrastructure and state-of-the-art machine shops, with modernized and technologically advanced machineries; environmentally controlled assembly shops; mechanized and non-polluting captive foundry; advanced sheet metal; fully automated paint shops; and other allied infrastructure.

Manufacturing excellence and backward integration are the key element that allow Jyoti to grow vertically, year by year, through strong methodology, management and consistency of processes, which provides the environment for achieving perfection, developed over a period of just 35 years.

Building on technology and innovation

Jyoti’s objective is the design and manufacture of technology-driven and innovative machines, focusing on high quality. The comapny has developed a well-versed and versatile Leonardo Da Vinci R&D Center, which is India’s first dedicated R&D facility for machine tools, with a competent team of 120 design engineers & technocrats. The center is equipped with world-class infrastructure and facilitated by resources such as the latest software, modern assembly shop, and testing and validation stations loaded with equipment from world-renowned manufacturers.

The technology center is another project where Jyoti is a pioneer, establishing the concept in India. Presently Jyoti has active technology centers in all major manufacturing hubs across the country. Jyoti is the first among the Indian machine tool manufacturers in adopting SAP R/3 enterprise resource planning (ERP) and SAP ECC 6.0. ERP helps Jyoti to accelerate the manufacturing process, while at the same time optimizing the inventory.

Widespread sales and service

VMC 70 Liner was the first Indian machine to introduce and showcasing linear motor technology in CNC machine tools and Jyoti was the first company in India to take up the challenge of making a CNC Oval Turing machine.

Jyoti was also the first in India to build multitasking machine (MTX 300). The MTX Series’ critical application is in providing single piece components demanding both 5-Axis complex precise milling and precise turn-mill operations on a single machine. Tachyon Series is an class product for fastest drill-tap requirement.

Huron pre-dominantly caters for the aerospace, automotive, die-mold and general engineering segments and is considered a pioneer in 5 axis machining technology which finds applications.
