Monica Turner oversees operations serving 385 million consumers across North America. A visionary leader, she unites stakeholders around shared goals to drive growth. Recognized by The Wall Street Journal as a Top 250 Board Director, Turner also serves on multiple boards and champions opportunity creation and growth mindsets.

Derek Maetzold – Founder, President & CEO, Castle Biosciences
Derek Maetzold has led Castle Biosciences since 2008, pioneering innovation in personalized genomic testing. Under his leadership, the company went public in 2019 and expanded into dermatology and gastroenterology. Awarded The CEO Magazine’s CEO of the Year 2025 and Most Admired CEO 2025 by Houston Business Journal, Maetzold brings 25 years of experience in product commercialization and business licensing.

Chad Hesters – President & CEO, Boyden
Chad Hesters leads the global executive search and leadership advisory firm Boyden, specializing in talent acquisition, board advisory, executive assessment and leadership consulting. His background as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy and managing partner roles worldwide gives him a unique perspective on leadership and global business operations.

Stephen White – Senior Vice President Marketing & Innovation North America, Diageo
With more than 25 years of international leadership in consumer goods, Stephen White has held senior roles at Diageo, including Senior Vice President Marketing & Innovation North America and CMO Middle East & North Africa. White’s expertise spans portfolio growth, innovation development and organizational leadership across multiple markets.
