As many entrepreneurs know or soon discover, there are many, many aspects to running a successful business. There’s admin, accounting, marketing, staff recruitment and IT to name a few. As was the case for Chris Steven Villanueva. “All I’d ever wanted was to be a dentist, but here I was with my own set-up, and a crazy amount of my time was taken up with just running the office,” he recalls. 

This realization, and a desire to level the playing field in the industry, led him to found MB2 Dental, America’s first Dental Partnership Organization, which has today become a billion-dollar company. Not only was Villanueva still able to realize his dream of running his own business; he has transformed the industry in ensuring his 350-plus partners do not have the same operational issues he faced when starting out.
